I hope everyone is doing okay. Unbelievable, it’s 9:01AM and here we go again. These people are unwilling to do anything or help out. I ask a question and I get a question in return. I am not HR or payroll, but I’m supposed to do extra work because you can’t take the time to pull your own report. Why have a team if none of them can perform one task, I went to training and took the time to learn it myself and now they are attempting to use me because their time is too valuable to go to training. They don’t have 8 hours worth of work to do on a daily basis, but I should have infinite time for your team to extract the information from me when I’m already too busy.

I’m paying for their ignorance and avoidance on their part. I guess they thought to let the new guy take the fall. This HR team provides no guidance or support so I’ve had to really on myself. My supervisor noticed the emails and he agreed with me there’s no real structure. We cannot continue operating where only 4 of us do all the work and everyone else is either screwing it up or duplicating the effort. Resources are not being used effectively. I stayed silent upon noticing my tongue slipped and I should not fall to this type of gossip. I just don’t know how they get away with screwing things up so bad and still they get change after chance. If it were me I probably would’ve gotten fired. 😆 All the Best!
