I hope everyone is doing okay. I had no choice but to drop truth bombs today. Let them fall where they may. I’m okay with either being fired or walk away. I won’t let anyone lie and pronounce my name in the same sentence. The sponsor sent the budget back for correction and answer some questions (Blog 5/6/26) to our technology part of our project. 🫨The project is currently live and being used by patients so it’s important the work doesn’t stop.🧐

We are to add one new position and remove other staff time if applicable unless we can justify the time spent on this project. The crowd at work went wild, they say they didn’t know it was coming when it’s currently written in the contract they agreed to and signed. This will take effect soon, but this is not the issue. The sponsor emailed me. (Blog 5/7/26) “I have a call with your team Monday,” she tells me. I respond, “What!? Okay, it might be to ask about the position that is new or if the deliverables are being met by the program team?” I had no clue. 🤨😓No one from the administration told me anything, only the sponsor was informing me of the actions. I remained silent about everything on my end in the department. 🤐Director 2 had mentioned a bit about a meeting to me both Director 1 and MD “LAU” had without her. Only Director 1 and the MD have been meeting together and leaving Director 2 and myself out of the meeting regarding the next steps and budget.🫢

The meeting between the sponsor and my organization team took place on 5/11/26 between the Sr. Mgr and administrator. No details were shared with me. Then I get a call from the Sr. Mgr discussing with me that both Director 1 and MD “LAU” approved the budget to be sent to the sponsor as I was viewing it with the Mgr. She expressed to me that both women told her they both checked with me already and that I was okay with it. My input was never request and I never met with anyone on the team regarding the budget, next steps, adhering to guidelines, not heard a word. I knew then both women concocted their plan to try and avoid hiring the new position that is required. The Sr. Mgr again shared both women met with her on Tuesday and I shared I never reviewed their plans already. “What are you talking about? I know nothing of the budgets.” An extreme heat of anger came over me. I had to calm my anger quickly. The Sr. Mgr said, “Oh my gosh. I’m so sorry.” I was so angry my tongue let loose.🤦‍♀️

I have had issues with Director 1 for a long while. She cannot meet her deliverable, I get these returned to me for correction, go above and beyond to clean up the mess she creates. I’m still filling in their vacant position of coordinator, and I’m busy. The expectation is that I keep the tasks when these should be returned to that specific position. The communication is non-existent. No surprise there, I think I received the clarity I needed.🧏🏻‍♀️

The Sr. Mgr did confirm to me that the sponsor confirmed my statement as well. MD “LAU” makes improper statements that she’s not tech savvy and projects are not getting completed. Their plan is to not do what the sponsor asks while they still not use the correct resources we already have. This all only confirms they are trying to add someone part time when we need someone who is fully dedicated and to make sure there is hire with technology expertise. Both women really don’t know how to do the job. What a mess.💆🏻‍♀️

Also, both women forced an on-site visit and the administration team was not aware. We don’t have an audit until next year and it was pushed up. I emailed the Manager all my evidence. I have done so much work and all they both do is trash me, but will also take credit for my work, and now they lie about their actions.🤥😐

These people don’t bother to ask me anything or hear my side of the story. They believe others immediately and have probably painted me to be the worst employee. They will gossip, try to level up to me, and mimic what I do, but they can’t. They spend more time trying to deceive others, cheat, and lie rather than work for anything. Unbelievable! 😣All the Best!
