I hope everyone is doing okay. MD “S” asked me to assist him with a new program budget forecast and to show whether the program will make a deficit or surplus in the next 10 years. I didn’t mind helping because that’s what MD’s do we’re there to support them. Some are really nice that you’re willing to even get their coffee ☕️ and others just look out for themselves.🤨

This MD does the minimum for staff, but is amazing with his patients. All the training and previous work experience keeps me afloat and it’s how I succeed in this role. He’s sarcastically nice and just nice, not kind. My work made it all the way to the top of the organization. No proof, just hearsay, but my feeling is he made my work his own, no credit given, not even during the department meeting today when it was announced he will be the next high ranking doctor for an outside department. He didn’t acknowledge the small contribution. It is what it is, no harm done.🧐

I am not responsible for his new role at all, but when it comes to securing what he needed for the new program, no mention of my contribution. People know my name and they know because I can speak to the details, and that’s enough for me 💗. All the Best!
