I hope everyone is doing okay. My boss, dotted line, “SE” is happy with my work. I kept the faith. God is great. God gave me the strength to take information that came from an outside source and pull it all in without asking questions. All the previous jobs I’ve held culminated in being able to translate data and what it means. I didn’t go through all the aches and pains for nothing. I didn’t give up. He’s happy with the clean and detailed spreadsheets. I took a lot of data and summarized it. 🙏🫶🏻
My approach to seeing the big picture and answering questions with numbers, analyzing, and bringing it altogether to make sense and simple for the MD is a strength. All the praise goes to God. I’m able to explain and pull information that highlights all the important details. It helps that he allows me to do my job. He trusts, he relies on my input in so many topics that it has spilled into doing work for him that has to do with other departments that he has work to complete on their behalf. It’s not my job, he acknowledges and trusts my expertise. 🤗👍
