MD “LAU” and Director 1 have been going back and forth with me via email which is not productive when you have a lot of ground to cover. I asked for a meeting, they refuse and I am forced to respond via email. My emails get missed or ignored on purpose.
Today, I finally told them that I’m going to post the credit invoice. We have to be transparent and show all our business transactions. All have to be recorded. If we weren’t showing all our business transactions it would look like we’re hiding something and also has to be documented for audit purposes. This should’ve been posted long ago, back in 2024, but I just received this and I was in shock of the things that still happen with this group. We should never leave anything in question. I copied my boss and poof! MD “LAU” responds, “whatever is best.” Really?!
Earlier she was pushing back at my request to post to the accounting ledger. They say they are not finance people, but if truly weren’t they wouldn’t hesitate at supporting the financial decisions I’m making. They had a lot to say until I copied my boss. Interesting… All the Best!
