I hope everyone is doing okay. Tough day today for sure. My job is busier than ever. One of my siblings is going through a tough situation, nothing he can’t handle, but he’s pushing through. His wife left him and tried to see him torn, both financially and mentally. He’s a strong person and he has us. It’s unfortunate his wife didn’t value him, only the material things.

My son had a tough day too. One of his class mates dug his fingernails into his forearm, had scratches and a little blood. It upset me and I will have to talk to the principal about the situation. It will not be a fun talk, but I’m going to be angry if there is not a punishment at least detention. Like any mother who loves their children we are here to protect and raise our children to be good people and how to handle situations as well.

Drama, drama days both at home and work. People are being mean at work and having to walk away with each mean email I get. There’s in-fighting and I’m trying to stay clear of it. MD “LAU” is being petty even with me and is trying to pick an argument. I’m trying to avoid her at all cost. Her team is bickering about the smallest things between Director’s 1 and 2. I’m with Director 2 being overwhelmed with work and its gone on too long. Director 1 is the cause, can’t keep up, will not communicate, she’s vague, and blames everyone else for the smallest things. She’s been an issue both internal/external groups. Everyone expresses it and nothing is being done. MD “LAU” ignores it. I’m more than sure they have to be friends. The non-performers and problem makers get promoted, no common sense, and many are sick of it. All the Best!
