I hope everyone is doing okay.

What going on? Is anyone working? I guess everyone is on spring break vacation and I’m the only one here. I can’t keep up with little sleep, jury duty, and dental and doctor appointments. All while I have 12 finance reports due by 3/15/26 and 3 work progress reports. People are quiet and it’s odd.

Moving on and not waiting for anyone, but they are answering my questions anyway. I’m maintaining my focus, but MD “LAU” and Director 1 are not talking to me and also holding my work, won’t sign, and not answer my questions. I don’t want to think it’s done on purpose. I’m sure they are not working at all. Work is being missed and they know it. I keep emailing them which documents are missing and due and they are not answering so I won’t keep chasing. Director 2 and I are catching errors. This month is a big problem and of course others are resolving instead of the people who are directly responsible. I’m sure both MD “LAU” and Director 1 will answer the day that the reports are due. I cannot, just cannot deal with both.

I jumped in to assist with other projects that are not assigned to me. I am to meet with Spanish speaking institutions and I’m glad to do it, it’s different than what I normally do. All the Best!
