I appreciate the clarity, communication, and direction, above all honesty. MD “SE” was all of these during our budget exercise we’ve had to go through. This has taken me two weeks to build his own budget which he never had and I was a bit nervous as to how I was going to build them. He did approve my work. I’m like an executive assistant without the title. I asked a lot of questions and of course he had answers.

I enjoyed the work. He gave me free will and a template that he started and I completed. He approved the budgets. We have a lot more work to do, but this was a great start. I learned a lot from the exercise and who’s who. He let me lead and trusted me to get it right. He of course is very busy so I’m glad I was able to help. All the Best!
