I hope everyone is doing okay.

We had a meeting today with the administrator discussing the administrative fees and were not aligned across the projects. We will be audited by the sponsor so we have to get it right. We have to do our due diligence.

Of course there goes the Sr. Manager talking about how much work she already has and more to do. Um, that’s all of us. What makes you more important compared to us? She only works 1/3 compared to my workload so I don’t know why she’s complaining. She sat there the whole meeting complaining. She also talked back to me and defended herself, but had to defend herself because I put her under the microscope and questioned her workload. We’re not having this meeting to talk about how busy you are. It took a lot out of me not to laugh 😆. She had her hair picked up in a high pony tail and the little tail was swinging up and down, side to side as she was talking loud the whole meeting. It was as if she was riding a black stallion, such frustration to do have to take on one more task. 🙂‍↔️ Welcome to our world of overwhelm. I mentioned to do it if it was too much. She agreed to do it finally but not before getting an ear full about how difficult all this is.

My thoughts about it is to give her 25 cents to go to a pay phone and call someone who cares. It’s all about her.
