I hope everyone is doing okay. What a stressful week. Boy was I getting it from every direction. What the heck is wrong with people? Had another tough week, busy, and my problem task went smooth yesterday, it worked out. And today was no exception, here we go again.

The administrator tried to stress me out, but I had support from my boss. I accepted the help, but I do notice he will help me on the smaller details that don’t bring him too much pressure, the high stakes stuff that’s all me. The administrator is responsible for the department and for our books to not be in the red. He told me yesterday I had to have the contract fully executed with only allowing me one day turnaround because my accounts were causing the high deficit. One, it’s inappropriate to demand our sponsor who pays our salary to do an overnight turnaround. Two, he should to the other side of the house and ask that team that does other research projects for clinical trials to claim the cash that is owed from 1-3 years ago. We will be int he black then in other words, positive budget balance. Why stress me out? The contract had to be reviewed and negotiated and that is not an easy task, but he doesn’t care. I just have to do what he tells me to do. I believe if he were to leave this department we wild be successful. All the Best!
