My year in review – 01/01/26

I hope everyone is doing well and had an amazing holiday season. I have been off since 12/25/25 Christmas Day will be on vacation through 1/5/26. I have enjoyed my time and did not blog either. This is my first entry for this new year, reviewing the past year.

My personal life has been of struggle, survival, and now I see it as thriving. We will always have challenges and it’s how we respond that matters. My childhood was more difficult than good, but I wouldn’t have been the person I am today without those experiences. I shouldn’t have been through and seen a lot of the things that happened, difficult and cramped. No child should have to struggle or go through atrocities that happen and still happen in society today. You can’t ignore them and I choose to work in public service.

I survived by the grace of God and for that he is the only one who I should thank. Then my family because we went through a lot together. As an adult I work hard, with determination, observing, learning, and researching. I like to be original and honest, not copy anyone. Today, looking back I am proud of myself. I was challenged and in a different way than the previous jobs I’ve held. All my years of training, work, and research paid off. This job needed all 3 things. This job tested each and every capability from Human Resources, purchasing, payroll, training, rules and regulations of research, tracking, documenting, and my favorite finances. I could go on and on. It was a rigorous experience in 2025, but it didn’t break me I have been through worse. I celebrate myself today. I was my worst critique and I shouldn’t be. I learned so much through the experience of not letting others comments about me and to me affect me and should be ignored because through each I came out on top and shut their thoughts and mouths with action while the same staying silent. My blog has been my voice thanks to my subscribers too.

My faith in God pushed me through, the prayers worked and I thank God for leading get through this past year. After some time off to reset and a lot of self-care, travel, and family I pray in 2026 to return much stronger, confident, and more breaks! Happy 2026! All the Best!
