I hope everyone is doing okay. I keep getting hammered, no break in sight. MD “LAU” is on the attack again and this time it was directly at me. She covers up for her Director that plainly I don’t know what she does because I have been filling a vacant position that reports to the Director and despite it all it seems that no matter how much work I get done for them or be nice they don’t like me. I get it. You can’t like me because I hold you accountable. I need answers and it upsets both. They try to deflect that it’s me the bad person and not them. They like to play the victim, but this is the game they know how to play.

First, the Director gave me 4 invoices that were never paid dating back to 2022 and we’re in 2025! They are owed and we have no budget or account to pay them from. I was able to pay them from the correct account and related to the project because I left some wiggle room for these instances. Got it solved and the sponsor is paying back the organization for them.

Two, I received one invoice for work that was not authorized and the work was already completed. We have to pay it now. Both MD “LAU” and the Director couldn’t figure out how to pay it. The dates signed on the work order were incorrect and I sent it back for correction. Then the amount of the work order and invoice didn’t match. I sent it back for correction. Next, I asked which account is supposed to be charged? They both scrambled to try and figure it out going back and forth between them. This is work completed back in June 2025, why am I seeing the invoice now and the account closed back in August 2025. Was this a paused project or a new project? After asking and mentioning it via email four times, MD “LAU” finally answered me to pay with the funds where I left wiggle room and this invoice is part of the project that I resolved with the sponsor and will be paid back to the organization. Her email was ugly and scolded me, told me not to bring up the paused projects because they have been dissolved and no longer will be continued. Not sure how they pulled that with the vendor and explain it to the sponsor. I responded by thanking her for answering my question and would strike out any paused projects.

I continue to bail these two out and they continue to be disrespectful. It doesn’t bother me. I run circles around them and hold them accountable because if I don’t look out at the end of the day they both will throw me under the bus to save their skin. I’ve seen this behavior before. All the Best!
