I hope everyone is doing okay. How do you take the wrong training when it’s clearly stated in my email with the title and where to find it. But I still helped the Director even though she hasn’t been very nice to me. She’s been trying to throw me under the bus because she can’t add 2+2, seriously 😳, no joke.

After last week’s events and yesterday (blog 9/22/25) I won’t allow anyone to push me around or affect my emotions or work. My values will always come first and if they disagree or criticize me that’s because I made them uncomfortable 🥴 and it now is a “them” problem or they can do the work themselves.

Today I received a 2nd round of selected files for another audit review. “DD” emails me and asked if he could help. Why? I thought it was going to thunder today! I decided not to respond to any of his emails, not worth it. “DD” has nothing of value that I would have to respond to. Many times I’ve asked for help and was either ignored or given the incorrect information. Why would he want to help now? There is no trust. Again, I choose not to accept the help, I do my own work, my responsibility. All the Best!
