I hope everyone is doing okay. I choose peace and moving on. The bickering stopped and ego’s disappeared because I fact-checked their work and corrected them on what should be my skillset is beginning to be unraveled and seen. I’m sure the gossip against me has ended. My receipts pulled prove I don’t lie and work on facts. I take ownership of the work and truly study what I’m doing and back up my findings with evidence. The team that wasn’t sharing has now changed their mind.

Generally the staff don’t take the time to study what they have or the impact of their decisions will have on the rest of the work either naive or stubborn. I know they prefer to work in solitude and refuse to take suggestions, do things on their own, but it’s not appropriate either especially when you are corrected and you still refuse to work together and collaborate. It’s difficult when you work with people that are complacent. Doing things on your own has proved detrimental to this department. The climate of how all this was working has to be a thing of the past. I’m glad in the end the Director worked with me and saw my point and will now assist to uncover the facts and work together to come to a conclusion that is the best if not seek counsel from the sponsor, understand our contracts and bring them to alignment with the sponsor main agreement.

Being successful is of the upmost importance collectively, not just for me. We’re not fully where we should be, but it’s one may main goal. All the Best!
