Ignore the noise and push on – 8/5/25

I hope everyone is doing okay. I canโ€™t believe that people are now paying attention, still keep their distance, a little doubt still lingering, but weโ€™re seeing results and making progress on clearing deficit amounts off this overspent project. Weโ€™re closing the biennium on another at the end of this month of both expenses and payroll. The support is slowly trickling in for me. There seems to now be a sense of camaraderie of working through to meet two goals.

I notified everyone of the biennium project ending 8/31/25 and simultaneously working on the new biennium as of 9/1/25 for the new budget. Wish me luck ๐Ÿ€! The administrator continues to be the same, silent and no action I just ignore him now. He sparks no fear ๐Ÿ˜ฐ in me as he does with others. He does nothing, supports nothing, and Iโ€™m okay he continue to stay out of the way and is not a burden only when he sends me emails to update on him on tasks that were completed 2 months prior so I just ignore it.

The naysayers mindset is changing due to how I respond with consistency, truth, and research. ๐Ÿง I owe it all to my faith in God. He gave me this skillset. Mastering my mind and ignoring the chaos is important, new personal challenge that was brought on as I came on board to this organization. I do credit the words of Tony Robbins and his motivation. My ๐Ÿ“” journaling has helped with releasing negative thoughts in my head, writing became a healing mechanism. I used to think, โ€œWhy does this always happen to me?โ€

I changed my mindset to keep my values and if they donโ€™t match them I learned to guard my mind. Itโ€™s a work in progress and really a personal breakthrough ๐Ÿ™. All the Best!
