I hope everyone is doing okay. There is no peace, no quiet in the office. This is not a team. The new people that started like myself feel like fools for taking this job. There’s no empathy, this department had severe problems. I thought I was the only one, but I’m not. I’m trying to figure out who is the person/s who let it all go. I’m 1 of 4 that started at the same time trying to clean up so many issues whether financial, compliance, conflict of interest, and research information.

It’s wreaking havoc, it’s insane. People are in bad moods and reply to my emails with retarded responses and only their feelings matter. My concerns go to deaf ears because they think I don’t know my job. It’s wreaking havoc right outside their shut doors and no one comes out to help.

I surrendered trying to fix it and let it do what it will as the ball is in their court now. All the Best!
