I hope everyone is doing okay. The medical doctor (MD) is upset, rightfully so because the lack of communication and a missed opportunity to provide input to the budgets, negotiate, and provide more information to increase the budget and be able to complete the work.

I don’t know what happened or who did not pay attention, but the problem is here. We’re overspent because the doctor and her team were operating under a budget much different than what was signed on the contract. This is a major misstep. No one was tracking, researching, or trying to understand what was happening. Unfortunately no one will take responsibility because there’s been turnover.

The email was sent at 4:50pm and will be received with major impact. This was my finding and workday today. 😬 All the Best!
