I hope everyone is doing okay. It is not easy to agree with me or to agree with the ideas of others. I try to be flexible. Working for MD’s and managers is confusing because they want one thing one day and change their mind the next. We’re in agreement with most of how I’m presenting data to them. They are allowing me to lead, but then they will change the layout of this or that. My work will ultimately be displayed to others so I have to be on target. 🙂↕️
I was grinding 🧐🤓 on the budget forecast for the next 10 years of the new program and time completely left me. I didn’t make the end of semester party. It was also for the graduating class and I was invited. I left in a hurry, but unfortunately it was too far for me. Everyone was let go early and no one thought to come and get me. I continued working and I just stopped and emailed the MD what I had put together, my work was not completed.
I went home to my family 🥳since no one else thought this work was urgent and had my own little family bubble party 😶🌫️. All the Best!
