I hope everyone is doing okay.

The title of my blog entry is the same as the email I sent today. “Last call for budget needs.” I used this phrase to capture the attention of my audience, LOL! No other way to do it. I needed them to review their budgets to be sure they don’t have any other needs for their program/s one last time before submission to the sponsor for approval and into contract negotiation.

I took one more final review of my number and forecasts before I hit send. Nothing else for me to do and was not holding these budgets for anyone else, any longer. At 12:30pm today, submitted! A huge weight off my shoulders and on to the next “fire.”

My boss not being considerate. I was under the gun and he kept calling about something else. Something that was not priority. I ignored him for a bit I put my Teams app on red “busy” and called it a day. I had little sleep and a whole lot to do, but it will have to wait. I need to catch my breath. All the Best!
