I hope everyone is doing okay. My work tasks were stalled in several areas. One the budgets. I have to explain and answer the same questions over and over. What’s going on why aren’t they paying attention. The central offices which I’m already not sure what their real function is has not answered or processed my tasks through the iCloud workflow for two weeks.

Starting with Director 1 who asks vague questions that I cannot answer because they don’t make sense. Just tell me the actual story so I can give you a real answer. She drains my energy when I explain the different options for one topic just so she can mix two and three different topics and options. I have to stop her and write it down, take a snippet, and she will ask me again in a few weeks as if we never spoke of the topics.

I am creating budgets for MD “SE” which are long and tedious and forecasting a lot. The sponsor is looking to sweep funds. Director 1 and Director 2 are not getting along which I can understand Director 2 because she might go through the same situation that I am with Director 1. You never know when or how Director 1 will strike. She will attempt to throw us under the bus just so she can get away with things. If she spent more of her time understanding… I have to keep close eye of her and document, document, document.

I’m a little behind with work tasks, my son is running a fever so I have to keep an eye on him as well. He wants to go to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo next week. I didn’t have to write this week, nothing of impact. Besides the nice lunch getting away from my desk the young lady is wonderful. I hope March 2026 goes smooth. All the Best!
