I hope everyone is doing okay. I turned one year at this organization yesterday. It feels more like 5 ☺️. MD “SE” tells me today that I am an anchor. I took it as a compliment. He also has a surprise for me but it’s delayed. Whatever it might be I am grateful for the gesture regardless of how small or big.

I remain humble in any position or place. I want peace ☮️, do my job, and that they all trust I’m guiding them in the right direction. I am no longer anxious 😬 of the unknown. It’s a new cycle, new year, leaving the old behind. The organization gifted me a 1-year pin. I prefer one day off but thanks. All the Best!
