I hope everyone is doing okay. Unbelievable! I’m asked to do more for this person to help. It’s difficult to understand and do when I wasn’t given the same support. I struggled and had to find answers on my own. “MM” the payroll lady continues to get the payroll wrong, wrong dates and wrong account. How?! I offered my notes, but she’s too proud to accept them. I have trained her on 5 different occasions and she shared that she understood. I’m confused. 😵‍💫 After so many hours spent watching her complete entries and then she goes on to enter the remaining on her own, no one else does it but me and payroll is still wrong. 😑

Today I almost quit. I spoke to my boss about the situation and I don’t want anymore work drama. I have to go on the market again. She’s a nice person, but not experienced at her job. My boss asked me to put the information in a different format and now we’re at 6 different explanations. I’m ready to walk unforgivingly. All this has drained my energy and affecting my well-being. Unbelievable! I feel like a fool! No balance of the scale. Where is my justice? All the Best!
