I hope everyone is doing okay. I never thought I would write that I really can’t keep up now. There’s so much pending to be done, in workflow, or approved. I’m waiting for everyone else! Nothing is moving to post charges, journal entries, create new accounts, gather information, repeat myself over and over to get things going. No one talks to each other even though they are in the same department. Does anyone work here? The process is so arduous 😰.

I told my boss I had the thought to throw in the towel. Not knowing if it would backfire I said it. 😔 I can’t see clearly of how to resolve or next move because my thoughts are filled with the long to-do list. 📋 I was forced to request an extension to submit my financial reports because my transactions were yet to be completed ✔️ and posted by the accounting department. I have invoices still coming in from June, July, and August 2025 for a closed project that ended 8/31/25. I’m cleaning up invoices from 2022 that were never paid and finding a workaround. Why weren’t they watching these and I just found a journal entry was not completed from April 2025 and I had to do research 🧐 of the purpose and confirm whether is was an allowed expense to post to this project which took me half day to find out it wasn’t allowed and the professional development never took place. I have company charges to submit and an active audit along with the rest of the above. ⬆️

I’m on meetings that are related to the new project. I can’t think clearly to see resolutions or find other ways to get to my goal, my mind is running on negative thoughts and I’m on complaining mode. 🤯 Time is running out and not even my boss seems to want to jump and help. They talk a good game, but when it comes to getting their hands dirty they cut out. I got off work at 6:30pm and started my day at 🕗 8:00am with no break. I am stressed 😩 out and so off to take a walk I go. Oh, I even jumped in to help others with their work. They are watching me burn 🔥 and they are silent 🤫. I can’t let it make me mad. 😠 These people don’t appreciate the good 👍 instead they minimize your efforts. All the Best!
