I hope everyone is doing okay. People are mad, short-tempered, and getting in each other’s nerves. You would think the operations team knew what their role is and nothing was overlooked since the departure of their supervisor to deliver her first child. The team mouth off at how they should be paid more, but haven’t earned it. I hear the gossip right outside my office. Now they are lost asking for help and complaining how it is too much work and more people should be hired.

I get messages today that the medical doctors are being mean and have not been rude in the past. Well, if you put in some effort or picked up the phone and contact HR about your concerns instead of waiting for the medical doctor to ask you again. All they have done is confuse each other and then the administrator asks me today about updates on when would people’s effort and payroll process.

I wasn’t aware about any of it and today I put a stop to this mad department. I answered all the questions, found solutions, and cleared all the confusion. I had tasked all the proper actions instead of passing the buck or complain. I’ll have to follow up because it seems no one here seems to believe in checking their work is correct or responding that their action is complete. All the Best!
