I hope everyone is doing okay. They don’t know yet that slowly I will begin taking the reign, it’s urgent. If they notice okay, but no one is saying anything and doing nothing about it. No one wants to take the lead or responsibility of responding as an organization to the sponsor. Here we go again. I’ll take it, it’s me. I volunteer without announcing it. It’s beyond my role, but as usual I do it for the cause and reputation of this organization.

The sponsor asks questions and needs answers with a deadline. This is a programmatic response and yet 3 days out of the deadline no response from that end. I, as an analyst took the initiative and gathered all the information and responded to the sponsor one day before the deadline. 😑 We got it done. ✅ Even if I didn’t have time I found the time.

The current project is ending on 8/31/25, 4 business days really. It just feels we’re working against each other. They might not even want for me to find out they don’t know how to manage projects? I can’t take sides, I’m not with or against one team or another. My goal is to complete Friday whether they are ready or not, it’s ending. It’s not because I say so, it’s the sponsor’s deadline. We should all work together to close out and finalize the progress reports. I sent one final email blast and I shouldn’t have to, but here I am and willing to do what I can.
