I hope everyone is doing okay. Why do they all have to ask me question for everything instead of checking first? I have to do the follow up and they think 🤔 of the before and after. They just do the one thing, over and over. Their job is repetitive and I’m the lucky one who’s all over the place.
There’s so much more that happens and follow through doesn’t seem to be in most people’s vocabulary that work here. I have to say that there is progress being made as they watch and see my work ethic and I hope that it rubs off on them. My work style is alien to them and I’m sure 👍 it’s uncomfortable 🥴. In the end I hope they all catch on and copy what I do of streamlining our tasks.
I had a meeting with HR, not really certified HR group, just HR operations. Now I have to meet with them on a quarterly basis to be sure our entries for payroll and time spent on projects is correct. ✅ I have to remind them over and over again to ask the same offender to submit their timesheet. Why am I doing the HR guy’s job and if I don’t it’s on me because it’s my project, I shouldn’t have to but okay. He’s good at ignoring me and I have to think of a way to set him straight, LOL! 😝 It sounds mean, but I have to think about it before I play the game and not backfire🤦♀️. All the Best!
