I hope everyone is doing okay. I was having a good and productive day even though I had a headache today. Working away and then it starts. Both the administrator and young lady truly believe they are really high up and untouchable?

I get my hand slapped and then they acknowledge my hard work?! Huh! Administrator: Dr. C proposed to add someone to her project. Is there any budget? Me: Yes. The young lady: This is news to me , I did not know, and no, no changes will be made. What is the start date? Me: I met with Dr. C on 7/7/25 and she requested me to add this new person as of 7/1/25 to her project.” Administrator: Kindly let us know beforehand when you have information. Me: Not a problem – human error on my end. Administrator: Not a problem I appreciate your hard work. 😑

What pettiness. Instead of you both making a big deal about a 10% of someone’s salary being added to a project for 2 months and you didn’t know about it – why aren’t you more involved in what happened to the high deficit of $1.7M? You both caused it. Yet I am facing all the beatings and backlash of what was done under your leadership if it’s even called that, in your point of view.

The young lady as a senior manager has probably only been in her position one year and was a receptionist prior. Not a lot of experience. She will have to keep trying to make me look bad to others, may be her hormones. I have to be careful because she is with child and I held my tongue. 😜 It is not her first try and probably won’t be her last. I had to check myself.

I am not like her. I ask people directly before I put anyone on 💥 blast. She didn’t ask even though I’m next door. The MD told me she would notify both. I have the skillset, not the job title and I’m okay 👌🏻 with it. People that used to go to you now come to me because I care and help make things make sense. That’s called work experience.
