I hope everyone is doing well. She’s back “BLW”, the medical doctor is annoyed with me again no surprise there. This is each time we meet she has to be sarcastic toward me. It’s toward me because I’m the only one working on the finance exercises that the sponsor has assigned to us. The sponsor asked for me to go back and include 4 years of retroactive work, not only 2. The sponsor doesn’t trust us even though they don’t say you know.Why else turn over everything?

BLW made a statement in our meeting, “Well, I guess we didn’t finish the exercise.” She is upset yet again and her emotions are getting in the way of her listening to what I’m explaining. She’s upset because she is no longer calling the shots. We’re not calling the shots any longer because the budget is overspent and this doctor only wants more budget. The sponsor is not going to make it easy for us and will not give us anything else until we account for all the transactions and that they are legitimate, and they are, but will take time for me to pull everything. My organization made mistakes for themselves and I’m the sole person trying to correct it, so why is she annoyed with me?! All the Best!
