I hope everyone is doing okay. It was a relief and a good Friday. With preparation, even though I had many road blocks I didn’t stop. Today was silent and I took one win of many problems we are having. After being stuck in confusion for a while, knocking on doors, seeking input at different avenues asking and getting answers, time and effort. Patience was needed for this one.

I had to push out two contracts to outsource some of the work to a couple non-profits that have doctors oversee fellowship and patients that internally we couldn’t handle. The patients are important. Both contracts were approved after reviewing, working on the language, and processing them, took one month! One was approved to go out the door and the other has one more approval and then will go out the door. YAY! 😀 Didn’t lose focus, my posture, tone, and message delivery was important. Understanding both parties internal and external and compromising on the goal is crucial. With clarity and direction I’ll be able to get my projects completed one a time. I was a little anxious about this one project as well and it worked out.

I’m grateful and lucky for the small wins, but not without some adversary. Some of the egos I saw will need to be humbled. That’s a topic for another day. All the Best!
