I hope everyone is doing okay.

And it came to me! I received the data, information, and raw financials that I was looking for. No one has been able to understand the project agreement details and financials. No one has been able to make sense of it. And here it is. I found it, the agreement drives the sponsor’s work, outcome, and results they are seeking.

I found the expenses before we got on the call with the sponsor in the old system and old accounts. I asked all the necessary questions during our meeting and got clarity. The big clue came together for me from one email that kicked off the whole dilemma that has been causing confusion for others. The sponsor also stopped the work because we were also overspent. Both opened a can of worms and clean up will be a while.

I did get some direction on how to resolve, for now. I don’t know why, but I feel as if I’m only scratching the surface. All the Best!
