I hope everyone is doing okay.

It’s my turn to give back and uplift others. The ladies here have been good to me. Now my turn came to do it for one of them that has done a lot for me. Four of the ladies have guided me through a lot of the confusion, but particularly one that has done most of it. They are all winners in my view.

Today we were on a work call where the manager got a little fussy with us. I didn’t think it was a big deal for a simple human error and could easily be corrected with one adjusting accounting entry. The manager looked shocked and sound a bit frustrated and I thought her words a bit excessive for such a simple error. The manager didn’t offend us at all, but also not necessary to raise her voice and exaggerate the situation. I immediately re-directed the conversation to a solution. There is no time to waste rehashing and began to work on the entry and while still on the call. As we got off the call I asked for approval and uploaded the entry into the accounting system. There no big deal.

I’m looking for a small gift to give to the young lady. She’s been so nice and also a treat to lift her spirit. All the Best!
