I hope everyone is doing okay. I didn’t know I would title any of my entries with teamwork. I haven’t been involved in a team or do work together for so long. Most of the work I did was mostly individual. Is it a dream?

I have a lot of work to do. I don’t mind it. I accepted the responsibility for the pay. We’re collaborating, figuring things out together, making senses of the work that sort of got out of control. We’re having healthy debates and coming to agreement. I’m learning and training at the same time. It is the beginning I hoped for and the people I want to be around. People want to work, make things happen, and become better individually and as a team. I appreciate their time and effort toward me.

I am liking the work, a bit different of course because it’s the medical industry. We’re getting it together and getting it right. All the Best!
