I hope everyone is doing okay.
As a leader you should be able to manage disagreements, hear both sides of one story, not tell us who’s right. Why do you take sides? Part of being a leader is to be intelligent to find solutions to issues, not to put blame unless someone steals, loses money, and disrespectful. It’s frustrating working for this person. No wonder people leave bosses, not jobs. I’m glad she commented while I wasn’t present. There is no right or wrong answer. The information provided we knew wasn’t correct already and I asked to meet with investigator #2 twice to clear and get answers to my questions. Investigator #2 instead sent me a whole novel (sarcasm) complaining about how nothing works at this organization, and nothing should be incorrect if it’s digital? Huh? She should complain up, not down.
I quit; I gave it all back to the supervisor. The investigator didn’t even bother to meet and complains over and over again. Of course, the supervisor agreed with the investigator instead of asking for the details of the matter. It’s disrespectful that the investigator feels since I’m at the bottom of the totem pole, she won’t give me her time in that case I don’t want to waste my time either.
A leader does, creates, and allows us to share and be supported. Such awful leadership. There is no balance of the scale, and I was very much ignored on both ends. All the Best!
