I hope everyone is doing okay. I have learned that no textbook in academics will teach you to be a leader or improve as a leader in the workforce. A piece of paper means nothing if not going into the workforce and actually doing a job. Here’s what I have learned.
1) Co-create with the team and not compete with each other.
2) A leader serves people by understanding and caring for work situations and at times support at a personal level.
3) Despite the risk, if you believe in something, do it.
4) Your actions and reputation will convince and influence people. Control never works.
5) Show no fear, be confident, even in times of doubt show care and empathy.
