I hope everyone is doing okay. I am happy working, living and laughing. I found my way back to my tribe. I am also meeting new acquaintances, people that support me through the challenges. I’m facing it all with courage and confidence. I haven’t had any doubt and the little I’ve had was immediately washed away by someone who worked with me to make things clear and fix the things that I can’t on my end.

I’m trying to take every training offered as time permits. As a team we’re scratching the surface and finding more to correct and that’s okay because collectively we’re going to fix it. Our communication is pretty good and at times lively. I’m leading humbly. All the Best!
