I hope everyone is doing okay. Once again I’m really behind at blogging and of course I have work to blame mostly. I’m going to try and catch up.

I was told today in passing that one of the ladies from one of the teams I work with closely in the department is leaving. She quit! I was just getting to know her.

Later, I called her to ask a couple questions about work and she spilled the beans that only confirmed and are fact because I went through the same situation recently that she continues to go through. She was very honest with her situation, despite every attempt she just couldn’t continue to do the job any longer. Under a lot of pressure, very little training and/or information to grasp, a ton of details and on top of it all to support your staff. I understand her completely because her supervisor is not patient enough to train her on the full picture of how projects work. She will tell you how easy something is and once you take a shot at it and feel you complete it then she will tear you down because you didn’t do it correctly?

That’s not support, that’s setting you up for additional confusion. Ouch!She’s out and onto greener pastures, not making a huge salary, but she will be happy. All the Best!
