Focus on your happiness. New opportunities come when you believe in yourself, see and find bigger, better opportunities. Your value is clear when you no longer need to prove yourself.
Find your inner happiness when it’s not happening at the external. Find time to have fun. Do things that make you feel good – giving your time, volunteer. Happiness is detrimental to your well-being. Do you have a passion? I love writing and blogging. This allows me to get through rough times. It alleviates tension, pressure and grief. I didn’t fit in at school, I wasn’t popular, but writing did allow me to feel vibrant. When I felt isolated and alone, I wrote. I wanted to work in the shadows, didn’t want to be seen or shine even though I knew that I had it in me. After college it was my time. I began to find my inner happiness despite all the bad around me I kept pushing joyfully. I kept moving forward to find the right place. It was a quiet fight. I found a way to stay in my highest vibration and this is my way of helping others through those dark days – I blog.
It’s important for me to be in high, positive energy so that I can take on things head-on. It’s the feeling that I want to be on fire all the time. We should create good luck for ourselves. Put in the time and effort as I do to journal and move away from the sad and unnecessary thoughts. You are not alone – share and write what you’re grateful for, lighting candles helps. I write my business oracle and my goals. I write my wishes and maintain a list of motivational quotes and my healing spot is full of inspirational frames where I breath, create and reset.
Surround yourself with good people. Enjoy all the small and big, happy times are important. All the best!
