From the first day on the job, I knew something was not right having made the decision to accept this job in particular. The supervisor began to tell me what I could and could not do.
DAY 1 – For example, “be sure that the green light at your desk is on so that we know you’re working”, you cannot start at 9am so I was not able to drop off my son at school. There is no supervisor available to watch you after 5pm. You’re on probation when it was not listed or mentioned in my offer letter. People did not talk. It was so quiet. I was not welcomed at all. There was only one lady that pretty much took me under her wing and showed me around, took me to get my tag and sort of showed me the ropes. I was shocked and began to wonder what the heck was going on.
Wait until I get the next episodes, when you think you’ve seen it all and heart it all? It gets worst like you’re walking into the woods and not sure where it will take you, but you have no choice, but to keep going until you see the light at the end of the tunnel.
