I hope everyone is doing okay.

As usual I provide input, it’s part of my job because I am well versed in the rules and guidelines. Despite my opinion the medical doctors (MD’s) do whatever they want anyway and either embarrass us or try to do whatever they want. MD “C” as I call her wanted to expand her program and against my advice did all the extra work and the expansion was not approved. I told you so. Then gives me the silent treatment, feelings hurt, but really is upset with me. It doesn’t even bother me any longer.

Also, there is a power struggle amongst the MD’s and they each tell me not to tell the other what they are working on, they are competitive, but there is one MD in particular that does copy what others do. It’s funny because the MD thinks I don’t know when I am questioned in not so many words to try and get me to spill the tea on the others. LOL!

Then, here goes MD “LAU” again trying to negotiate the contract creating drama about the budget, scope of work, and wants things her way. We don’t have anything in our favor to work with. Our books weren’t kept up and there was no tracking, forced a deficit, and we have an action plan, but not yet in the clear. Our options that we brought to the sponsor were not approved. I told you so before you met with the sponsor. We haven’t proven ourselves. I do have to say we’re making progress though. We are weeks behind our work and we have to work pretty fast now. I know we will make it happen, but geesh! Let’s keep our mouth shut and get to work. I feel stuck and it’s like t a cactus field working here. All the Best!
