I hope everyone is doing okay.
There are quite a few open fires or in other words work concerns either my responsibility or a support role. Very workflow and movement to complete these is dragging. I guess the holiday season hit early this time around.
The high ego’s and wanting things done their way is really putting a wrench to our work and moving forward to start the projects. These people don’t get it we don’t have the luxury to call the shots. We have a lot to make up for messing up projects from 2022 through 2024. We have a reputation to make up for or we will really lose the budgets. The work is complete, but our books have looked awful and my responsibility to clear them completely. I hope the MD does not push the sponsor to the limit because the sponsor leads, controls, sets the standard for us to follow, and sets the budget. I feel as if one of her two Directors is pushing her the wrong direction. It does worry me a bit because the MD is being misled.
“MM” the payroll lady is at it again. More mistakes and I don’t understand what messages are not being understood. She’s supposed to be an expert? We went through a review five times already. I have little time and I don’t want to duplicate anything that already exists. Now the Sr. Manager want to create something new. My time is valuable so they will have to figure it out on their own for now. My priority is to train a young lady on the upcoming report and this is a priority. All the Best!
