Friday reflection – grateful & healthy – 11/14/25

I hope everyone is doing okay.

I am grateful at the end of this week because I do see I have support and I acknowledge the value I bring. I do this for me and the important work that is still to be done in the support of mental health. I’m not one to give up. I’m proud of the work ethic I inherited from my parents.

I bring strength to a discomfort and stability to chaos. I’m going through the dark, I will come out to the light. Despite people’s emotions I have to leave those with them, not bring them with me. I stood up for myself and I will not let them cause me any pain. I put up boundaries and set my own conditions.

I also had surgery under one tooth, inside my gums, and have stitches. I will have these for 2 weeks. All this work and emotional week under the influence of 800 mg of ibuprofen and stitches. Grateful and God is great. He gave me the strength to get through this week. Faith and prayer works miracles. God is the way, God is the truth, God is the light. All the Best!
