I hope everyone is doing okay. It’s difficult for me to see what next steps to take next. I commented a rebuttal in my evaluation I was advised that my rating is 3.6/6 and I disagree with it and I don’t see it at the top of my evaluation, but I accept the outcome of overall “(E) Exceeds Expectations.”

My ordeal is not what is documented, but the words of the administrator “you do good work.” My boss’s work and “DD” as I call him do great work because they have been with this department 2 and 3 years and their work is compared to mine and it shouldn’t be. Their role and workload is completely different and one level higher than I.

“MM” the payroll lady mentioned to me that her rating was a 5/5 interpreted as perfect 👌🏻. No errors, no complaints, and only has 1 task to do. This is the same person that completely screwed my payroll transactions five times and I had to sit with her and explain the payroll over and over. How does this happen. She was shocked 😮 at my rating and then didn’t talk about the topic with me at all. I’m sure it was out of embarrassment. It is who you report to and if you’re well liked. If you don’t kiss 😚 up to the higher ups and screw things up you won’t get a 5/5. On the contrary I went through so much, achieved so many results and I’m only worth a 3.6/5. All the Best!
