I hope everyone is doing okay. I returned to the dungeon as I started calling my job recently, thank goodness not in shambles, but unorganized. I’m not surprised 🫨 but it’s going to take time to unravel. I asked them not to make any movement until I got back and they didn’t listen including my boss. He likes to do things so fast and doesn’t stop to check and confirm and when we don’t do that we get things wrong. 😑

Payroll was not correct and it took me 2 hours to review and ask the payroll lady to correct the entries of who was supposed to be paid from each project #1.

Secondly, I notified all the program teams of their project accounts to begin spending on items necessary to operate their programs for project #1.

Next, no one knew what documents complete and to submit to the central office for project #2. I completed them and submitted to the appropriate department.

I helped unravel what happened to a couple invoices that were received while I was out. No one noticed some items were previously paid for and others weren’t so I had to ask the supplier to submit a new invoice without the items already paid.

I’m also finishing up with providing documents to the auditors for review that we are following the rules. No help there of course.

My co-worker quit her job! She had enough and I completely understand her. 💕 I will have no one to chat with and have lunch with either. She’s very calm 😌 and balanced. I’m looking forward to hearing from her of any new opportunities. She quit because there is no structure and needs desperate attention. I agree. All the Best!
