I hope everyone is doing okay. I had concerns about a lot of the work and the news didn’t come as a surprise. On my blog (9/9/25) the staff person that was struggling has resigned. Today is her last day. I think she realized the game was up. I’m sure she was already probably looking for another job. Many issues were beginning to pop up and I don’t think she would be able to keep up and answer to most of them. A lot of errors were exposed already. It’s probably a good idea she resigned so she won’t continue to put us further behind. I wish her the best. I would’ve helped her, but it was too much for her to stay silent and not admit she didn’t know how to do the job. She didn’t reimburse the department for her personal parking either and I didn’t think she would after 3 reminders. I don’t believe she ever had the intention to anyway. It won’t be a big change for me since I was already doing clean up on her behalf.

It was a busy, full day for me and I got an ear full from “MM” as I call her. She’s pretty nice, but today she just went off, not at me, but the situation with her co-worker “ST” as I’ll call him. She yelled and I listened to her tell me he won’t do his work unless she’s tells him it’s due and urgent. He walks around all day as she hears from others. It’s obvious who works and who doesn’t now. I told her I would do my own payroll entries so she can chase him and get what she needs from him.

I guess a bottle of wine today for her! We probably all need one tonight, definitely one glass for me. All the Best!
