I hope everyone is doing okay. “PEI” as I call her is a co-worker on a different team. She is having ups and downs. She can’t stand being around me because she doesn’t carry my skillset and that’s on her nothing to do with me. Then she walks into my office very innocent like when she needs something. As usual you can see the fake, but doesn’t bother me because I caught on to her game. She will test the waters and see if I am naive enough to share information as gossip and do her work and say, “Oh! I’ll get it done for you.” Nope 🙂‍↔️ not doing it any longer. I am too busy and no one to delegate, less help. It’s 8:27pm as I am writing ✍️ my entry and want to get back online and work to eager ahead, but I stop 🛑 myself, it’s not healthy.

On another note the program manager now sees my point that her staff person who has now completely missed making a $20K payment to supplier, my goodness! I had to step in once again and reconcile the payments to only confirm that the invoices were never paid from one year ago. Of course payments were missed again and the project has ended on 8/31/25. We have to pay them as the services were already rendered during the project period, but now there is no money. 💰 I’ll have to try and find a workaround once again. This is the same chick I blogged about (9/8/25 and 9/9/25) already. I will have to update the MD “LAU”, it won’t be a good conversation, again.

I have others coming in and saying Hi! Okay 👌🏻! People need my input, guidance, and questions on work tasks including HR. I am an ear 👂 to discuss their concerns and final decision on their finances. Mostly are beginning to work together, every one of the MD’s came by to check on me and our project closing process. OK 👍! We briefly spoke about my tasks and information gathering, upcoming changes with more reporting work to submit to the sponsor on progress and goals.
