I hope everyone is doing okay. It’s 10:10am and the sponsor is ready to give me a job. Thanks! She sees that I’m the only person of action. I almost 99% of the time handle the project sponsored by them single-handedly, have completed most of the work myself. The sponsor expressed giving me a job if my organization ever lets me go. Very appreciative of the gesture. I do have some support from my boss, very humbling my work is acknowledged because it hasn’t been easy. A lot of things have required my attention and time. I pray 🙏 each morning to God he assist to make good 👍 things happen and ease the unknown that makes me nervous. 😬

We have Plan A and Plan B to pay off the $3M deficit incurred to a project geared to new technology in order to assist patients with navigating care. Working with the sponsor we both came up with two plans on how to pay for the overspent project. I have to be patient and wait for the creation of the accounts to kick off the new project starting 9/1/25 for the next 2 years and ease everyone’s concerns. I’m on pause at the moment waiting to be able to start posting expenses to the 26million dollar mental health project. All while trying to handle a staff issue to support this person and get up to PAR with everyone else. This staff person is struggling with the business operations and I don’t mind helping, but it’s not the right moment to train anyone (blog 9/8/25). My conversation was diplomatic with the program manager, help advance staff struggling, and build healthy connections, truth, and knowledge. I’m here to assist with better communication and guidance.

Next MD “S” as I’ll call him is a good person. We were able to get approval for his press release and able to get on track with a timeline and get started with marketing a new program.

Following up is MD “C” as I call her I am supporting with a forecast of spending that she approved working in conjunction with her assistant, just nice 😊 person. I’m happy she makes things easier for me. She is able to interpret what her boss is saying for me and she’s adorable. ☺️ Very young and intelligent. I am the first to tell her that I don’t understand her boss’s message and she decipher’s it well for me on behalf of their program.

My mind is super busy as am I in my personal life as well. This month I can truly say it’s been the worst, busy. I have come so far and I’m not giving up who knows later. In this business 👩‍💼 I have to be super vigilant.

Next on bat is “DD” as I call him which has plenty of deficits to handle with his team. Yet, he has to mingle in mine. Why? My side of the house is busy, but stable. He creates drama and now there’s 13 others to an email trail about one person while everything else on his side of the house is crumbling. There is an email trail from August 22nd and just today I was added to the list! Did “DD” as a lead manager think he was going to make me look bad? I clapped back and I told all, “Rest assured this will not fall by the wayside. It is getting handled. You are welcome to ask me directly which I’m one door down.” Mic 🎤 drop. And then just like that the emails stop. “DD” should focus on his project deficits and not on my work. I’m doing okay without his input. I lead by example, productivity, initiative, and completed.✔️ I don’t try to throw anyone under the bus. 🚍 I feel like a human charger! Charging people’s thoughts, ideas 💡, and workflow. All the Best!
