I hope everyone is doing okay. I don’t complain, but as of today I am. I try to be fair. All my complaints are in my blog. 😊 This is also my way of letting go. Today though this person is just plain lazy and I couldn’t let go of the trash work this person has done. I let the MD “LAU” know what happened and she said she would support me (blog 9/3/25). We cannot operate with not having an internal tracking system in place.
One of the business coordinator’s company card to pay for her personal parking and that’s not allowed. For over a week and a half I’ve asked for her to reimburse the department account. The same person didn’t clean up and missed paying invoices, didn’t close open purchase orders, duplicate payments, and I had to clean it up. After a month and a half of asking for an update nothing was completed. I ended with reconciling and making the invoice payments, and corrected expenses posted to the incorrect accounts. Despite asking and questioning her work my concerns went ignored. I can no longer continue to do her job as she ignores me.
I stated facts and emailed MD “LAU” receipts 🧾 evidence of the requests and work I did. I was always available to assist and the staff person never asked any questions or voiced that she didn’t know the process. I assumed 💻 she knew how to complete the work. I do not have time and cannot waste it either so in the end it fell to my lap because we were running out of time as the project end date approached on 8/31/25. I left it to MD “LAU” and she only gave me a look 👀 as if she did not need another thing to deal with. I have been patient the last 8 months and I think I have met my limit. All the Best!
