I hope everyone is doing okay. My adjustment period is about to come to an end, it was a huge test for me. It felt more like a punishment to me. I asked myself so many times how did I deserve this? I did learn something and that is what not do. I survived even when everyone was either doubtful or that I was wrong. My work was not trusted and so many doubts although silent I could see it in their eyes and posture during my meetings.

Today, I received the first comment from MD “LAU,” as I call her, “You did a good job, I hope you don’t quit.” This is it I’m at the end of the adjustment period and oh boy, what an adjustment period! On another note, another project is coming to an end on 8/31/25. I cleaned it up and stabilized this 2-year project and I’m proud of the work I did in 4 months. No one helped to submit or process the actions, but I have to give the MD’s which are 3 of them credit where credit is due even with their grumpy, ego, and overly nice attitudes, and harsh words at times did assist. I thank them and have so many times in my email communications and face-to-face. In all honesty I do thank them. All the Best!
