I hope everyone is doing okay. Now I know many don’t know their job. It’s scary. I have been receiving emails back to back and the senders need direction. It’s funny that I didn’t get any information from “so many.” Today that group of “so many” needs my help. All this started a couple weeks ago the moment the Sr. Manager, the young lady went on leave to deliver her child. She became a mom for the first time. I’m not sure if she prepared her team, but they seem lost and have concerns as a couple have shared with me, they seem lost and have concerns of not knowing how they will pull through without their supervisor. I am trying to assist.

I had a finance review with one of the program team and their deficit account. Once again the MD “LAU” with her usual statement, “I’m not a finance person.” She doesn’t recall our conversation regarding the adjustment accounting entries and the program managers along with the MD had poker faces as if we never talked about any of it. You did it, you bought it, how can you not remember now? I ended the call with confidence with my numbers and deficit amount. I am moving forward on my own. I can tell they are terrified and so I’m moving on confident and such frustration with them. All the Best!
