I hope everyone is doing okay. I passed the initiation process, the apprenticeship, and I mastered this cycle of training, gaining knowledge of the project, and I plan to pass this test.

The finishing touches are upcoming on this project ending on 8/31/25. I have clarity after so much burden, I’m now leading the charge, most people are now paying attention. I’m still having a couple challenges that surfaced and I hope 🤞 it’s the last of them. I have to come up with new strategies to start the new project as of 9/1/25 and back up plans if I should have to re-direct. We absolutely cannot continue operating the same way it has been done before. I have to be creative and I hope for the best on a new start. The biggest thing at the moment is finding the way to write ✍️ my ideas 💡 down for future implementation.

My words have meaning to many. My boss is assisting and I have to get used to it because I haven’t had back up in a such a long time in my career. Good 😌 day! All the Best!
